There are many great meals that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less in small portions, or consider freezing the extras for future meals or to take to the office for lunch!
Here is a recipe to get you started!
1 pork tenderloin
lemon seasoning
fresh ground pepper
sea salt
Rub your tenderloin with the above seasonings. Place on a broiler rack cooking on each side for about 4 to 5 mins. Let stand for 10 minutes, slice and serve hot (center will be slightly pink)
Optional:
Add a nice cranberry mango chutney sauce to give the meal a holiday touch! Serve with fingerling potatoes in rosemary butter sauce and fresh green beans sprinkled with sesame seeds!
